Why Aveline exists
Fashion shopping online can feel loud: artificial urgency, inflated strikethrough prices, photos that show one thing and deliver another. Aveline was created as the opposite of that. We run a quiet womenswear shop: calm colours, wearable cuts and photographs that show the actual product, in every colour, on the model. Nothing here is designed to rush you.
We sell dresses, coats, jackets, knitwear, blouses, trousers, co-ord sets and boots for women who would rather own a few pieces that work together than a wardrobe full of maybes.
Our mission
Our mission is to make buying clothes online feel reliable. That means honest photographs, descriptions limited to what you can actually see in the pictures, fair and stable prices without discount theatre, and service promises we can keep: free UK shipping, 14-day returns and real humans answering your email.
Our vision
Our vision is a wardrobe that works together season after season. We would rather offer a tight, coherent collection in colours that combine easily than chase every micro-trend. If a piece does not fit into that idea, it does not go live. We would rather grow slowly and keep that promise than fill the shop with styles we cannot stand behind.
What you will find here
Every style is photographed in each available colour on the model, so you can judge the drape, the length and the fit before you choose. Descriptions stick to what the pictures show: the cut, the neckline, the sleeve, the closure, the colours. Lettered sizes follow one notation across the shop, and shoe sizes are given in UK sizes. If a style comes in several colours, each one has its own photographs, and the options shown on each product page are exactly the colours and sizes that exist for that style.
What you can expect from us
Shipping is free on every UK order, with no minimum order value, and your parcel is tracked from our door to yours. You have 14 days from the day of delivery to change your mind, and exchanges for a different size or colour are free of charge, with the replacement sent out as soon as you register the exchange.
