2. What data we collect

Order and contact data: when you place an order, we collect the data needed to fulfil it: your name, delivery address, email address, the items ordered, the amount paid and the payment method chosen. Payment card details are entered at checkout but processed directly by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

Communication data: when you contact us, for example about a return or an exchange, we process your email address and the content of your messages, including your order number where provided.

Technical data: when you browse the shop, our platform automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you visit. This is needed to deliver the shop securely and to keep it running.

3. What we use your data for

  • to process and deliver your orders, including payment processing, shipping and delivery updates by email;
  • to handle cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds;
  • to answer your questions and provide customer support;

5. International transfers

We are organised in the United States, and Shopify stores data in several countries. This means your personal data may be transferred outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are used, such as standard contractual clauses or the applicable adequacy regulations.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep order data for as long as needed to fulfil the contract and to meet legal retention obligations, for example for tax and accounting purposes.
