Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days from the day of delivery to cancel your purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with the original tags attached, ideally in the original packaging. For a change of mind you cover the direct return costs; if an item is defective or we sent the wrong goods, we cover the return. An exchange for a different size or colour is free of charge - email us at info@aveline-fashion.com and we cover both the return costs and the delivery of the replacement, which goes out as soon as you register the exchange. After receiving and checking your return, we refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
